6. Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 10 business day return policy from the date of purchase.

6.1 Eligibility Conditions

Refunds may be granted if:

  • The request is submitted within 10 business days

  • The product or service has not been misused

  • The specific product terms allow for refunds

6.2 Possible Exclusions

Custom services, tailored development projects, or completed delivered projects may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Hosting and Availability

We strive to ensure maximum service availability. However:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

When services are provided through third-party partners, availability also depends on their infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property
